Provide comprehensive administrative support for VP of Sales. To facilitate meeting planning, travel, presentations, IRA’s. This will allow the VP of Sales to focus on achievement of Divisional Sales and Operating objectives.  Essential Functions:

Prepare correspondence, presentations, and other documents utilizing word processing, spreadsheet, and/or presentation software applications   30%
Maintain appointment and travel calendar and coordinate travel/meeting logistic arrangements with other departments and/or outside vendors.   30%
Interact effectively and professionally with all officers, customers, departments and  internal staff.   20%
Maintain sufficient levels of office supplies for department and coordinate purchase requests according to established procedure.   10%
Perform additional duties as assigned.   10%
     
Total Percentage of Time Spent Performing Job Duties = 100%

 Minimum Education Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred  Minimum Type and Years of Related Experience Required:·        A minimum of 2 years experience ·        Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook  Important Decisions / Judgments:This position will require the associate to make good business decisions based on company policies and procedures. Major Financial Control Activities:Position is responsible for organizing commission reports, receipts, applying cost center & expense account number. This person will also assist the Sales VP in all phases of  Sales reporting.
